Return Policy – Electric Desert Records

We value your support and strive to ensure your experience with Electric Desert Records is excellent. Please review our return policy carefully.

1. Physical Products (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes, Merchandise)

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for physical products under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in unused and original condition, including all packaging.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened vinyl records, CDs, or cassettes (unless defective)

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Sale items or limited-edition releases (unless defective)

Return Shipping

  • For defective/damaged/incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Digital Products (Downloads, Streaming Access, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital media, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Downloadable music (MP3, WAV, etc.)

  • Digital albums or singles

  • Streaming access or memberships

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will assist you.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at electricdesertrecords [at] gmail [dotcom] with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund is issued.
